The 20kg Teton Training Bar is a top-tier Olympic weightlifting barbell, featuring a compliant 28mm diameter shaft for male lifters. With IWF knurl markings ensuring precise hand placement, its volcano-pattern knurling offers a secure grip without hand fatigue. Ribbed sleeves maintain plate stability during explosive lifts.
