US Returns and Cancellations
If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund. All returns require you to contact us first in order to get a return authorization. There is a 15% restocking fee for items that are used and not in their original packaging. Any restocking or nonrefundable shipping fees will be discussed with you prior to us authorizing the return.
Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund.
All clearance items are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund.
Once received, please allow 3-5 business days for your return and refund to be processed. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment, and may take 24-48 hours to appear on your end.
Original shipping charges are not refundable as a part of your refund.
We try to get orders out as fast as possible. You may cancel your order prior to the order being processed. Once it is processed, we cannot cancel the order.
Please note that the entire order must be canceled. We cannot cancel specific items. If you want to keep specific items, they would need to be purchased in a new order.

With the exception of shipping errors, damages, and/or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (to AND from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
