WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

If, for any reason, your product's performance is compromised due to defects in material or workmanship, we want the chance to make it right! We stand behind our products and will work diligently to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

In the claims process, please understand that warrantied products are replaced at REP's discretion and warranties do not cover normal product wear. Products modified or repaired outside of REP will be void of warranty coverage. Warranties may be voided if product is damaged due to negligent use, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. REP does not guarantee compatibility with other companies products and warranties can be voided in these cases.

**Negligent or faulty use includes: abusive dropping of the bar (i.e. dropping the loaded bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and/or similar usage).**

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY*

REP Fitness will warranty these products from defects in material, functionality, and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. "Lifetime" warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than  defects in material or workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply to basic barbell maintenance. NOTE: The warranty policy does not apply to any products that leave the lower 48 states or orders that were shipped to Canada before 06/15.
