Who is REP?
REP was founded in 2012 by two brothers with a shared passion for strength and fitness. We started in a small 1,200-square-foot garage and have grown to what is now a team of over 200 people with a global footprint spanning multiple countries with showrooms, warehouses, and offices all over the world. Even through this rapid growth, we have not forgotten our roots and remain a family owned business. This allows us to have a longer time horizon so we can maintain the highest quality, provide the best service, and invest into the most innovative strength and fitness products in the world.
Our team of over 200 shares our roots for strength and fitness and this is what drives our innovative spirit at REP. We don't just sell these products, we are the users and consumers of them too. We want to not only use them ourselves, but also proudly recommend them to our friends and family.
While being listed in the Inc. 5,000 fastest-growing companies twice — in 2018 and 2021, was a nice feather in our cap. We know that growth simply comes from taking care of our customers, staying focused on our core principles, and executing at a high level with our actions.
We are continuing to grow year-over-year, reinvesting into growth, and shining our light as brightly as possible to attract the right people to join our team. As we've grown, we have also expanded into performance apparel in 2024, and launched our sister supplement and nutrition brand 'Purist' in late 2025.

Our USA headquarters has an amazing staff gym, fitness classes throughout the week, large glass windows with awesome views of the Rocky Mountains and lots of natural light, a complete R&D engineering and prototyping area, a photo and video studio, cold plunges, massage chairs, and other state-of-the-art features.
