The monitor does not connect directly to Apple Health via Bluetooth. For heart rate monitoring, it supports devices that use ANT+, a wireless protocol that relays sensor data. For training apps, the monitor is FTMS-compatible, which means it works with most apps that support the Fitness Machine Service (FTMS) protocol over Bluetooth, allowing real-time tracking of performance metrics.

The handlebars are not adjustable, but there are various grip options that support a wide variety of user heights. The seat post adjusts height and fore/aft positioning to accommodate different leg lengths and riding positions. And to balance an uneven or wobbly ride, ensure the bike is on a level surface and adjust the leveling feet, fully tightening bolts, as needed.

The purchase includes a water bottle / phone holder, removable wind deflector, as well as premium wheels and a rear knurled handle as standard.

We recommend using the included REP® pedals as they’ve been thoroughly tested. However, you can choose to install standard 9/16” threaded pedals or swap in a standard bike seat if you would like.

With adjustable height and multiple handle positions, the bike is designed to accommodate a wide range of user heights, from approximately 4’11” to 6’7”, depending on inseam and preferred fit.

A 9V DC 2A adapter will be available for purchase for both the Strive™ Air Bike and Strive™ Curved Treadmill at a later date.

Assembly is relatively simple and doesn’t require any additional tools. With a two-person setup (recommended), assembly can take between 1-1.5hrs, including unboxing and cleaning up.

As a general rule of thumb, give yourself 24” of space off the sides, front, and behind the unit for safe dismount.

We recommend light cleaning after every workout to remove sweat and dust. Fan cleaning is not typically required, however, if the bike has accumulated lots of dust, use compressed air and carefully spray the inside fan cage. If needed, the fan cage can be removed, but we don’t recommend frequent removal for cleaning. Similarly, lubrication is not needed, and if abnormal noise or resistance is noticed, contact customer support.

The frame will carry a 5-year warranty for structural welds. All moving parts will carry a 2-year warranty. At this time, this is the only warranty period offered. Additionally, REP will sell spare parts on the website a few months after the product has gone on sale.

The product ships in two boxes: one weighing approximately 145lbs and the other approximately 23lbs. Both boxes ship via ground service. However, larger orders with multiple items may ship freight on a pallet. If that is the case, you will be contacted to schedule delivery.
