Yes. Transition is handled via a single lever that controls the clutch system and sled levels. For safety, stop the belt before switching from run to sled. A brake engages automatically during transition if the belt is still moving.

The deck angle (flat vs. 3° incline), the sled resistance (8 levels), and the sled push handle position (multiple grip options for different body sizes and push styles).

The flat deck position is more controlled and endurance-focused. It encourages a mid-foot strike and promotes upright posture which is great for distance running technique. The incline deck position is more responsive and sprint-focused. Great for sprints and cross-training workouts where intensity is the priority.

Yes. Engage the resistance, turn around, and walk using the side rails for support. For heavy reverse sled drags, pair with the REP belt squat belt and treadmill straps (sold separately).

The Strive™ Curved Treadmill, a DC power adapter, a cup/phone holder, 2x D-cell batteries, and all tools needed for assembly. The belt squat belt and treadmill straps are sold separately.

FTMS-compatible third-party apps are fitness tracking applications that use the Fitness Machine Service (FTMS) Bluetooth protocol to connect with exercise equipment, allowing users to monitor and analyze workout data in real-time. Popular options include Zwift, Kinomap, GymTrakr, and iConsole. 

Not directly. The console pairs via Bluetooth FTMS with compatible fitness apps (Zwift, Kinomap, GymTrakr, iConsole). Apple Health, Apple Watch, and Garmin devices can only receive workout data through a connected FTMS app — there is no direct device-to-console pairing.

Time, distance, calories, speed, pace, and heart rate (with a compatible ANT+ or Bluetooth HR monitor). It also shows estimated sled weight when resistance is engaged and the current deck incline position.

Yes, feel free to wheel it outside on nice days -- but don't use it in inclement weather or store it outside to prevent corrosion. 

This product is for anyone who wants to improve their physical fitness and strength. This includes hybrid athletes, runners, strength athletes, and general fitness users. It’s designed for both home and commercial use.

Yes. Because you’re powering the belt, it increases muscle engagement and calorie output. You also have to maintain your own pace rather than letting the machine do it. Most users adapt within a few sessions.

Maintain at least 79” (2.0m) of clear space directly behind the treadmill for safe dismount, with the closest 35” (90cm) treated as a critical clear zone. REP also recommends at least 24” (60cm) of buffer on each side and 24” (60cm) in front from walls or other equipment.

Once fully assembled, the unit is 38.5” wide and won’t fit through most doorways. With the cup holder removed, it’s 33.5”, which may still not clear standard interior doors (30”–32”). Assemble in the final location. It is recommended to assemble with someone else.

This ships LTL freight on a pallet inside a cardboard crate with integrated ramps for roll-off. The customer will be contacted by the freight company to schedule delivery. We recommend being present to receive the product and moving it to a covered location immediately. It should not be left in rain or snow.  It is recommended to assemble in the final location and with another person.

No. Delivery is LTL curbside. Drivers are not authorized or required to move the unit up driveways, into garages, or inside the home, though they sometimes will at their discretion. We recommend being present to direct preferred placement. It is recommended to assemble with another person and in its final location.

No — the treadmill is fully manual and self-powered. The console runs on 2x D-cell batteries (included) or can be plugged in with the included DC adapter. 

Expect the assembly to take 1-2 hours. It is recommended to assemble with another person and in its final location. All tools needed for assembly will be included.

No. All bearings are sealed and pre-lubricated. Routine lubrication is not required.

The belt is designed for ultra-durability with a 2-year warranty. Most users will never need to replace slats. In high-use commercial environments, expect a minimum 2-year life.
