REP Recall Notices
4000 and 5000 Series
REP recently discovered a manufacturing issue with a small population of this product, including the bracket(s) on strap safeties. Those particular brackets are missing two welds, one at the top and one at the bottom of the safety bracket, which may present an injury hazard to consumers.
