Once you know what you're after, plan your vehicle around what you're taking home:

• Smaller items: most standard vehicles will do.
• Rack builds: bring a full-sized pickup truck or larger.
• Functional trainers, Ares™ attachments, power racks, and other large equipment: plan for a truck and trailer.

A few things to keep in mind: REP isn't liable for damage that happens during local pickup or the drive home, and our warehouse staff will use their best judgment when loading your vehicle to keep you, your vehicle, and your equipment safe.

We accept most debit cards, credit cards, PayPal and Affirm financing, and ApplePay. We are not able to accept cash or checks in our stores.

Yes. When products are in stock, REP staff will load equipment directly into your vehicle on the same day. No shipping wait, no porch pirates — just your new gear, ready to go.

The showroom features about nine freestanding racks in various configurations, from four-post to 10-post designs, including PR-1000s to PR-5000 models.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available in front of the showroom.

As soon as you receive your order email confirmation you can schedule an appointment through the link above for your closest location.

The order will show "Processing" until it has been picked up. Go ahead and schedule your appointment. 

For our CA location - When you arrive, please find a parking spot in one of the marked spots near the North end of the building. An employee will be with you once your order is ready and provide further instructions for pick-up.

Please plan to bring an appropriate vehicle for your local pick-up order. For rack builds, we recommend a full-sized pick-up truck or larger. For functional trainers, Ares + Rack, and other large pieces, we recommend a truck and trailer. If you have questions on what vehicle you may need to safely accommodate your order, please reach out to our showroom teams, or our Colorado-based customer support team. REP is not liable for any damages caused during the local pick-up process, or the transit from our location to your home. Our warehouse staff reserves the right to use their best judgement and discretion when loading your vehicle to ensure safety of your transit, your vehicle, and the equipment.

Due to high demand, we will not be able to accommodate same day pick ups.

No – orders are prepped based on appointments made. If you show up without an appointment, our Local Pick Up team can turn you away.

You have 30 days from the day the order is placed. Any orders not picked up after 30 days will be cancelled and refunded.

Please give us 24 hours notice to add any additional orders to a previously scheduled appointment. Our team preps orders the night before, so if you place an order the day of your appointment, we may not be able to get it prepped in time.

Any missed appointments will result in a cancellation and refund to your original payment method. If you are unable to make your appointment, please reach out to us ahead of time or reschedule through your appointment confirmation email. 

Yes, please email us ahead of time to let us know who will be picking up your order. 

Changing from Local Pickup to Delivery, or Delivery to Local Pickup

Yes, with a little notice. Switching from Local Pickup to Delivery requires at least 24 hours notice, and keep in mind we'll need to charge the difference between the Local Pickup discount and standard pricing. Switching from Delivery to Local Pickup? Let us know ASAP — once a Delivery order has been processed for shipment, we're not able to make changes.

Cancelling an order

Need to cancel? Email us at orders@repfitness.com right away with "CANCEL" in the subject line and we'll see what we can do.

• Local Pickup orders can be cancelled any time, as long as the full order is set for pickup.
• Delivery orders (in full or in part) — we'll do our best to accommodate, but once shipping is far enough along, we may not be able to stop it.

We know order changes can be a hassle, and we appreciate your patience while we sort it out.

Yes — REP Fitness has a showroom in Moreno Valley, CA, fully stocked and ready for walk-ins (appointments welcome too). We're a little biased, but we think it's the best gym equipment store in the area: the full REP lineup, in person, ready to test before you buy.
