    Ares Ultimate Home Gym

The best power rack/cable system out there. The rack is solid and the cable system is so smooth. The Ares is the best purchase I've ever made.

    Highly recommend this product!

Ordered the ARES Builder attachment and PR-5000 Power Rack 6 post system at the same time. Everything arrived expertly packaged with 7 days and the delivery service unloaded into my garage out of the elements. It took some time to put together, but only because of the size and number of pieces, the instructions were very easy to follow and everything fit as it should. Highly recommend.

    Quality Unmatched!

Great build quality and top notch customer service. Had this unit PR 5000/Ares with add on weight stack for a few months and am more impressed with it every time I use it. Best investment along with Colorado bar and Urethane coated plates.

    Ares+Rack 5000

Best rack and pulley system I have ever used! Love the different attachment sites and the ability to to alternating arm exercises with the multiple pulley sites.

Cables keeping it from 5 stars

I want to rate this 5 stars, but the cables have not been friendly to me. When I initially installed the cables, I had a floating plate issue, but this was resolved by stretching it out as suggested by support. The bolt holding in the cable though is only turned 2 or 3 times which is a bit of safety concern as it has popped out once while working out. It was the only way to get rid of the floating plate issue though. A couple months later the cables started twisting and the floating plate issue would come back. Stretching it out resolves it temporarily and I can set it by pushing down the top, but now one of the pulleys are no longer aligned and it would require me to take apart the pulleys and re-feed the cables to fix. I think if longer cables are provided initially, none of these pain points would be a concern. I do like the product and think it's worth it, but I would caution buyers about the cables and the issues they pose.
