The PR-1100 is a full-featured, versatile power rack with all the features a lifter could want and extensive compatibility for add-on attachments. It brings a 700-pound weight capacity to a compact footprint that can shrink even more in height by inverting the pull-up bar. This rack comes equipped with a multi-grip pull-up arch (traditional, neutral, close, and wide-grip, plus a standard 1.25” bar in front and a 2” bar in back).
Numbered uprights make it easy to adjust barbell height, while plastic-lined J-cups protect the bar. Extended safeties can hold an extra barbell and accommodate exercises like rack pulls. Personalize the rack by choosing its color (metallic black, red, blue, or matte black). The PR-1100 is a solid start to a home gym by hitting all the necessities while remaining affordable.

The racks are different in width, hole spacing, pull-up bars, and weight storage. The PR-1000 is wider, with an extra 2” of working space between the uprights. The PR-1000’s holes are closer together; they’re 2”, compared with the PR-1100’s 3” holes. The PR-1100 has a multi-grip pull-up bar, while the PR-1000 offers two separate and different-sized pull-up bars (1.25” in the front and 2” in the back). And finally, the PR-1000 comes with weight horns on the back base of the rack, while the PR-1100 does not.
Due to the weight of the rack (130lbs) and the potential for tipping, banded movements are not recommended and therefore band peg holes are not included.
No, you cannot bolt the PR-1100 Home Gym Power Rack down.
You can use the TRX System if you properly weigh down the rack.
It is not recommended to do muscle-ups on the PR-1100 Home Gym Power Rack. If you want to do movements like kipping pull-ups and muscle-ups, opt for the PR-4000 or PR-5000 power rack, as these racks are more stable and built to endure those movements.
