    Solid setup for compact gym

    This equipment works great in my garage gym that doubles as... an actual garage. I'm able to move it into position in front of my rack for leg extensions and leg curls and then store it in the corner when I'm done and it's time to move the car back inside.

    Very solid construction, very stable during usage

    I was pleasantly surprised how solid and well built this is.

    It really does feel like using the same equipment in a commercial gym. The difference is, instead of needing two distinct standalone machines, I just use this relatively small bench extension.

    Note, if you are going to buy this, you need one of the sets of resistance straps to provide for a smooth complete motion, basically a requirement.

    Leg Development On Blast

    Solid build and easy to setup. This is gym quality at home. Impressed with the full range of motion in comparison to the standard leg extension/leg curl attachment I previously had. Make sure to add bands to your purchase to really smooth out the full range of motion. My first few leg workouts had my legs sore for days as my body adjusted to the intense pump and burn I was getting. I’m 6’7” and this attachment is the most comfortable home leg developer I’ve ever used. I knew my leg day workout went up a notch after the first use. Paired with the Nighthawk bench.
