Ultimately, this doesn’t match the Blackwing in terms of quality, but it’s still really good and there are no complaints in terms of how it supports you either normally or upside down for Nordic curls.
I would have like to pay a little less, but it’s still not terrible either.
I love the versatility it adds to a bench. And Nordic curls are an added benefit!

This is the perfect accessory for the AB-5000 bench. I'm usually annoyed with loose fitting leg attachments on workout benches but this attachment is rock solid once you screw in the tensioning pop pin. Great for decline dumbbell press or decline ab workouts.

Works great! Does need to be removed to store bench vertically hut would still recommend getting. I've used it for Nordic and decline sit ups. It's been great.

I was surprised at the weight when the box arrived. This thing is solid. It definitely adds noticeable weight to the back when adjusting it though. I expect it will last as long as I want to keep it. The rollers are comfortable but firm and are secured with high quality chromed lock collars.
