The Wall-Mount Fixed Rack is a wall-mount power rack that creates a functional workout space at home. The rack is made with 3x3” 11-gauge steel with a 1,000lbs rackable capacity. It has 2” hole spacing throughout with 1” pinholes (5000) and 1” hole spacing through the bench zone with 5/8” pinholes (4000). Laser-cut numbering every hole (5000) and every fifth hole (4000), that makes it easy to arrange attachments. The Wall-Mount Fixed Rack features an aesthetic Stringer that provides a stable direct connection to studs and ensures accurate rack spacing.
Each series features a robust attachment ecosystem so you can build out your wall-mounted fixed rack. Customize your rack with a variety of height, depth, and color options. Your rack. Your way. The Wall-Mount Fixed Rack is finished with laser cutting, robotic welding, and robotic painting all under one roof. This rack will be the centerpiece of your home gym.
Note: The uprights must be bolted to the ground. Concrete anchors are included.

The 16” depth and the 24” (4000 only) depth four-post racks are great space-saving options. The 30” deep four-post rack is the standard size and most popular. The 41” depth is spacious with plenty of storage space. The deeper rack adds stability to your workouts.
The 4000 rack’s pinholes are 5/8”. It has 1” hole spacing throughout the bench zone and 2” elsewhere for a precise liftoff height. The 5000 has 2” hole spacing throughout with 1” pinholes. On the 5000, you can achieve 1” hole spacing on the entire rack with our Lowered J-Cups.
The 4000 has an impressive attachment “ecosystem”, but the 5000 has more attachment compatibility than any other power rack.
The 4000 has laser-cut numbers every five holes making it easy to line up attachments, including J-cups and safeties. The 5000 has laser-cut numbers on every hole making it easy to line up attachments.
The Wall-Mount Fixed Rack was designed with leveled floors in mind. However we know not all floors may be perfectly level, and there is room for the standard slope of a floor. For extremely unlevel floors, you may run into issues with installation.
Yes, when properly installed, the Wall-Mount Fixed Rack is very stable and is compatible with Spotter Arms and Iso Arms.
Many attachments are available now and more are in development. A rack’s attachment ecosystem is one of the biggest reasons why you would choose one versus another. When you purchase a power rack, you’re buying into the company’s ability to come out with new attachments that add additional functionality over the life of your power rack. Our engineering team is hard at work developing new attachments every year, and we believe this is one of our biggest differentiators.
Here's a look at how REP equipment compares with others on the market. Plus, here are some things to consider when comparing power racks.
No.
The Wall-Mounted Fixed Rack is connected to your wall to save space compared to our freestanding power racks but does not fold in like the PR-4100 Folding Squat Rack.
Standard:
If cost is a factor, Standard J-cups are a great, budget-friendly option. Although they are aesthetically more basic. They have plastic liners along the inside of the cup and on the bracket to protect your uprights. However, if you hit the bottom of the J-cup when trying to re-rack, you may damage your equipment with metal-to-metal contact.
5000 Series Lowered:
Lowered J-cups function like the Standard J-cup. Purchase the Lower J-cup 2.0 as a secondary pair of J-cups to achieve 1” hole spacing with Standard J-cups.
Flat Sandwich:
Flat Sandwich J-cups are a more premium option than Standard. These J-cups have a protective, plastic liner along the traditional landing zone and on the bottom of the J-cup for those instances when you miss re-racking the bar; if you accidentally hit the underside of the J-cup, the lining keeps your barbell knurling from getting damaged. Our Flat Sandwich J-cups have a longer, flat landing zone that allows you to roll the bar slightly to get some momentum before performing a lift or fit oversized specialty barbells.
Round Sandwich:
Round Sandwich J-cups are a more premium option than Standard. They are made of heavy-duty steel. These have a similar design of the Flat Sandwich, which means they have a protective, plastic liner along the traditional landing zone and on the bottom of the J-cup to protect the barbell knurling if you miss the re-rack. Round J-cups feature a super secure “doesn’t move” resting point and a dual-lock wraparound bracket design for extra peace of mind with heavy weight on the bar.
Check out our Pull-Up Comparison Guide for the complete breakdown! The Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar and Globe Grip Pull-Up Bar options do work with rack and we are working on getting the options added to the builder as soon as possible.
Concrete anchors are included to bolt the uprights to the floor. If you would like to mount the Stringer to concrete, we suggest purchasing 5/16”x3” HWH Large Dia Concrete Anchors, washers, and ¼"x7” drill bit.
The Wall-Mount Fixed Rack comes complete with a pair of uprights, crossmembers, your choice of pull-up bar, your choice of a pair of j-cups, a stringer, and all the required hardware.
For proper installation, the uprights must be bolted to the ground and stringer must be installed properly.
