The REP USA Leather Utility Loop should fit most 4” or smaller lifting belts (the standard size for both powerlifting and weightlifting belts). The utility loop simply slides onto your belt and has its own chain and carabiner to attach to cable machines and weights.

The REP USA Leather Utility Loop is skillfully crafted from exquisite, top-grain, vegetable-tanned leather, known for its durability, strength, and natural beauty. The D-ring is stainless steel, and the rivets are nickel-plated brass.

The vegetable tanning process is a very old, very reliable method that produces a much more versatile piece of leather than some of the more modern processes. The hides are tumbled in drums to soften and remove the hair before being soaked, sometimes for months, in fats and oils called "tanning liquors," which give the leather its durability and its propensity to patina so beautifully. This is one of the more underrated aspects of leather, especially pieces designed to be used as tools like these utility loops.
