Designed with a built-in upright storage post, the Nighthawk™ bench keeps your space tidy. The rubber coating on the post protects the pads and adds stability, while the vertical storage bracket is integrated into the back frame for better space management. -
Adjustable Angles
Offering seven back positions (0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, and 85 degrees) and four seat positions (-15, 0, 10, and 20 degrees), this versatile bench allows for a wide range of exercises. -
Durability & Stability
Built with 7- and 14-gauge steel, the frame ensures robust durability and stability, while the front foot, wide and stable rear base, and durable molded plastic liners combine high-end quality with a compact, lightweight design for lasting performance. -
Attachment Compatibility
For added versatility this bench will be compatible with upcoming bench attachments, such as an all-new leg extension/leg curl and an updated Bench Leg Roller Attachment, both coming soon. -

The REP® Nighthawk™ adjustable bench builds on the success of the AB-4100 with newly added features and improved functionality. Updated aesthetics and improved details make it look sleeker and feel easier to move. A redesigned molded pad improves both comfort and durability. Stability is improved with newly optimized front and rear feet and improved molded plastics.
The wider rear foot allows REP® Ares™ attachment 2.0 users to position the bench deeper into the rack. This enables a better incline and flat bench press experience.
A closed ladder design prevents you from lifting the back post out of the ladder when adjusting your bench. When storing or moving the bench vertically, it keeps the back pad from swinging around. Learn more about ladder-style adjustable benches here.
No, the ladders will be metallic black on all benches except the matte black option. Those will come with matte black ladders.

I love how lightweight yet sturdy the bench is. Its compact design allows for easy transport and upright storage.
It has a very classy, commercial feel while maintaining a minimal footprint and looks.
In addition to the quality, it's affordable, especially compared to similar models on the market.
I'm in love with this bench! Highly recommend.

Having owned the AB-4100 I found it to be a great bench and really didn’t see a need to replace it. Then REP launched this one and all the small tweaks all over have made this thing a phenomenal bench. The only niggle I have is the numbers on the ladder are nearly useless as they are black cutouts on black. Regardless of the numbers it’s still stellar all over. More stable due to better feet/pads, better ladder now that those stupid plastic caps over the catch bars are gone, better pad, better handle, more stable storing upright…. Just love it and don’t ever see needing to upgrade this one.

I recently re-discovered heavy training and needed to upgrade my current bench to one that is more heavy-duty/stable. I chose right. Black/red is also very aesthetically pleasing. Surprisingly very nimble to move around (ie turns on a dime). Please expedite accessories for this bench (lying butterfly attachment would be fantastic).
