The REP Stand-Alone Modular Storage System is a heavy-duty, highly customizable storage built to last. Tailor your storage with a variety of upright colors and shelves. The 41" length options include the dumbbell storage shelf, flat storage shelf, and the ball and plate storage shelf. The 72" length option is the reversible dumbbell and flat storage shelf. It is the same shelf, it just flips in the 3D Builder. Add optional storage liners to protect the finish on your flat shelves. Build a stand-alone unit or a corner shelf unit within the builder. A corner shelf unit allows you to utilize the empty space between two units in a corner. You can infinitely expand our storage utilizing additional components or build between power racks. The storage is tough, made with 3x3" 11-gauge steel. The uprights feature 2” hole spacing for the 5000 Series and 1” hole spacing from hole numbers 1-20, transitioning to 2” hole spacing elsewhere for the 4000 Series.
Because we used standard size uprights, you can use attachments such as weight horns, a dip station, leg roller, and more. Making it not just a storage solution, but also part of your functional gym space. Note, we only ensure compatibility within our own line of equipment. Laser-cut numbers on the front of the upright make it easy to line up shelves and attachments. It is finished with laser cutting, robotic welding, and robotic painting all under one roof to ensure consistent quality. All shelves come with laser-cut REP logos and a metallic black powder coat. Uprights come in a variety of powder coats, providing a cohesive aesthetic to your entire space. The Stand-Alone Modular Storage System is REP's most configurable storage option, with a robust ecosystem. Your storage. Your way.

60” uprights, made from 3x3” 11-gauge steel, compatible with various attachments to add more options to your 4000 Series or 5000 Series rack, rig, or stand-alone storage unit. -
Dumbbell Storage Shelf
Space-saving, 41" 11-gauge steel shelf that allows you to store your dumbbells on your rack or rig storage solution. Fit a full set of 5-50lb dumbbells on three shelves or the following pairs on a single shelf: 5lb-20lb, or 25lb-35lb, or 40lb-50lb, or 55lb-65lb, or 70lb-75lb, or 80lb-85lb, or 90-95lb, or 95-100lb. Rubber Coated Dumbbells are not compatible. -
FLAT STORAGE SHELF
Seamless, space-saving, 41" 11-gauge steel metallic black shelf to store your kettlebells, balls, or small accessories on your rack or rig storage solution. Each shelf has a usable area of 3.13 SQFT. You can stagger pairs of 8-18kg, or pairs of 10-20kg, or pairs of 16-22kg, or pairs of 20-24kg, or pairs of 22-28kg, or pairs of 24-32kg, or pairs of 36-40kg, or pairs of 44-48kg on a single shelf. -
BALL & PLATE STORAGE SHELF
A space-saving, 41" 11-gauge steel shelf that holds plates, medicine balls, or slam balls on your rack or rig storage solution. Each shelf can hold twelve to thirteen 45lb REP bumper plates, depending on the style, or three medicine balls, or three to four slam balls. -
DUMBBELL & KETTLEBELL STORAGE SHELF
Space-saving, 11-gauge steel, 72" reversible shelf to store dumbbells or kettlebells, balls, and small accessories on your rack or rig storage solution. Fit a 5-100lb dumbbell set on four shelves (5-35lbs, 40-60lbs, 65-80lbs, & 85-100lbs) on the dumbbell side. Fit staggered pairs of a 8kg-24kg set, or pairs of 12kg-28kg, or pairs of 16kg-32kg, or pairs of 36kg-48kg on the kettlebell side. Rubber Coated Dumbbells are not compatible. -
CORNER SHELF
An 11-gauge steel metallic black corner shelf that connects multiple other in-rack storage shelves at a 90-degree angle. -
STORAGE FEET
Metallic black steel feet that attach to shelf uprights so you can create stand-alone storage. These feet have pinholes so you can also use them with weight horns, band pegs, and other small attachments. -
STORAGE SHELF LINERS
Add Storage Shelf Liners onto to your flat-sided shelves. These liners are made of a proprietary rubber compound that helps protect your equipment and shelves, increases the longevity of your gym equipment, helps dampen noise when racking and unracking equipment and provides a solid, grippy surface so nothing moves out of place.

The original system is made with 2x2” steel, while the new system is made with 3x3” steel tubing to optimize stability. It is available for the 4000 and 5000 Series (with 5/8” or 1” hole sizing) and has various shelving and spacing options. This system can achieve true modularity by serving as an extension of your power rack or a stand-alone piece. It is powdered coated and made with 11-gauge steel. New system (2.0) components are not compatible with the original Modular Storage System.
Because of the modularity this system provides, it can be used in your home/garage as well as a commercial facility.
No, the limit does not exist! You can add uprights and shelves until you run out of space.
We cannot guarantee compatibility due to machining/manufacturing differences between companies.
Each shelf can hold three medicine balls at a time.
This will vary depending on the size of the slam balls. You can store up to four REP 5-30lb Slam Balls or three REP 35-70lb Slam Balls per 41” shelf.
This will vary depending on the size of the bumper plates. You can store up to 13 45lb Competition Bumper Plates per shelf. When using 45lb REP Pinnacle Plates, you can store up to 12. When using the Black Bumper Plates, you can store up to 13.

You can stagger pairs of 8kg-24kg, pairs of 12kg-28kg, or pairs of 16kg-32kg, pairs of 36kg-48kg Kettlebells (kg) on a single 72" shelf.
Each shelf has a usable area of 5.4 square feet. It will depend on the size of the dumbbells. You can fit a 5-100lb Hex Dumbbell set on four 72” Shelves (5-35, 40-60, 65-80, 85-100). Rubber Coated Dumbbells are not compatible.
The Dumbbell Storage Shelf, Kettlebell Storage Shelf, and Ball & Plate Storage Shelf have a weight capacity of 600lbs. The Dumbbell & Kettlebell Storage Shelf has a weight capacity of 750lbs. The Corner Shelf has a weight capacity of 250lbs.
The 72" Dumbbell & Kettlebell Shelves add 3" when set up for kettlebells, and 3.5" when set up for dumbbells to the overall depth of an upright. (This is past the upright foot plate. Upright footplate adds 1.5")
The 41" Flat Storage Shelves add 3" to the overall depth of an upright. (This is past the upright foot plate. Upright footplate adds 1.5")
