How do the rolls ship?
All rolls will ship freight on an LTL Carrier.

How do I get the rolls into my gym space?
We recommend having at least two people to receive and move the rolls, as they are very large and heavy. Having a few dollies to wheel them where needed might be helpful as well.

Can you cut the rolls to fit into your gym space?
Yes, we recommend using a very sharp utility knife and a straight edge to cut these.

Do the rolls require glue or tape to be secured?
It is not required, but we recommend using double-sided tape or floor glue to help keep it in place in your gym.

Can you drop weights on the flooring?
Yes, you can. We recommend going with the 9mm or 12mm thickness if you expect to have drop weights.

How do I know which thickness level to choose?
The 8mm is a good option for people who do not plan on dropping any weights. The 9mm is a great option for people who may just be dropping bumper plates. The 12mm offers the most protection for your floor and can withstand bumper plates and irons plates; these are ideal for Olympic weightlifting.
