Build your storage system with the Dumbbell Storage Shelf. This shelf is sturdy and heavy duty, made from 11-gauge steel with a 600lb weight capacity. The shelf is versatile and can hold any of REP’s dumbbells (except Rubber Coated Dumbbells). Fit a full set of pairs of 5-50lb dumbbells on three shelves. It is easy to mount to your system with a bolt-on design. The shelf has a high-quality metallic black powder-coat finish.
The Dumbbell Storage Shelf is aesthetic, with a laser-cut REP logo for a premium look. It is designed to fit perfectly within the footprint of your 4000 or 5000 Series rack, offering a seamless and integrated storage solution. You can also build off to the side of your rack and connect the 41” Dumbbell Storage Shelf to a new 60” upright, integrate it into the barbell station of your rig, or use it with a stand-alone storage unit.

The original system is made with 2x2” steel, while the new system is made with 3x3” steel tubing to optimize stability. It is available for the 4000 and 5000 series (with 5/8” or 1” hole sizing) and has various shelving and spacing options. This system can achieve true modularity by serving as an extension of your power rack or a stand-alone piece. It is powdered coated and made with 11-gauge steel. New system (2.0) components are not compatible with the original Modular Storage System.
We cannot guarantee compatibility due to machining/manufacturing differences between companies.
This varies depending on the size of the dumbbells. You can fit a full set of our 5-50lb dumbbells on three shelves. You can fit pairs of 5lb-20lb, 25lb-35lb, 40lb-50lb, 55lb-65lb, 70lb-75lb, 80lb-85lb, 90-95lb, or 95-100lb REP dumbbells on a single 41” shelf. Rubber
Coated Dumbbells are not compatible.
This in-rack system will work with the Athena system as long as you purchase Elbow Brackets and Mini Front Foot Extensions to extend from the back of the rack. This will not work with the Ares or Lat Pulldown and Low Row attachment due to the area they will reside in, unless you decide to build out off your rack.
We do not recommend installing them any higher than 60”.
The Dumbbell Storage Shelf features inner lips that secure the dumbbell heads on the interior of the shelves.
