Build your storage system with the Dumbbell and Kettlebell Storage Shelf. This shelf is sturdy and heavy duty, made from 11-gauge steel. The shelf is versatile and can hold kettlebells or dumbbells. Each 72” shelf is reversible with one side being able to store dumbbells and the other able to store kettlebells, balls, and small accessories. The kettlebell shelf has a surface area of 5.4 square feet, which is big enough to fit a set of 8kg-28kg kettlebells in pairs. The dumbbell shelf can fit a 5-100lb dumbbell set on four shelves (5-35lbs, 40-60lbs, 65-80lbs, & 85-100lbs. Rubber Coated Dumbbells not compatible). This storage unit features two lips in the middle to secure your dumbbells while they are on an angle and one lip on the front and the back of the kettlebell side for safety.
It is easy to mount to your system with a bolt-on design. The shelf has a high-quality metallic black powder-coat finish. The Dumbbell and Kettlebell Storage Shelf is aesthetic, with a laser-cut REP logo for a premium look. It is designed to fit perfectly within the footprint of your 4000 or 5000 Series rig bodyweight station, offering a seamless and integrated storage solution. You can also build off to the side of your existing 4000 or 5000 series rack and connect the 72” shelf to a new 60” upright or purchase it with a stand-alone storage unit.

The original system is made with 2x2” steel, while the new system is made with 3x3” steel tubing to optimize stability. It is available for the 4000 and 5000 series (with 5/8” or 1” hole sizing) and has various shelving and spacing options. This system can achieve true modularity by serving as an extension of your power rack or a stand-alone piece. It is powdered coated and made with 11-gauge steel. New system (2.0) components are not compatible with the original Modular Storage System.
You can install them on an upright on your 4000 Series and 5000 Series rack or rig. Build out to the side of your rack in the direction/directions you desire to attach the shelf to another upright with Storage Feet or Mini Front Foot Extensions. It is designed to fit perfectly within the footprint of your 4000 Series and 5000 Series rig bodyweight station, offering a seamless and integrated storage solution.
Yes, but the MSS 2.0 72" Dumbbell & Kettlebell Storage Shelf will not work on the lower portion of a rack with the Ares 2.0 due to the mounting brackets required to attach the shelf. The shelf will need to be attached anywhere above the Ares 2.0 shroud.
We cannot guarantee compatibility due to machining/manufacturing differences between companies.
You can stagger pairs of 8kg-24kg (a whole set), pairs of 12kg-28kg, or pairs of 16kg-32kg, pairs of 36kg-48kg REP kettlebells on a single 72” Shelf. The kettlebell side features a surface area of 5.42 square feet.
You can fit a 5-100lb dumbbell set on four 72” Shelves. Rubber Coated Dumbbells are not compatible.
Yes. The kettlebell side is a large flat shelf. However, we do not recommend storing plates on this shelf.

The 72" Dumbbell & Kettlebell Shelves add 3" when set up for kettlebells, and 3.5" when set up for dumbbells to the overall depth of an upright. (This is past the upright foot plate. Upright footplate adds 1.5")
