OVERVIEW
The AB-5100 is a heavy-duty bench with high-end features. It features an 11-gauge steel frame, thick vinyl pads, and laser-cut degree markings on a stainless-steel wear guard. This adjustable bench offers seven back pad adjustments and five seat pad options. Add even more versatility with the optional leg roller attachment that connects to the other end of the bench, by the back pad. This creates decline angles down to -75 degrees, transforming the AB-5100 into a full FID bench.
The AB-5100 is sturdy, weighing 95lbs, yet it's easy to maneuver due to a urethane grip handle and wheels. Easily secure angle changes with the anodized aluminum pop-pin and bearing system. Grooved rubber feet help keep the bench in place, and special wheel guards lesson tripping hazards. The seat pad tapers for comfort, and all pads are covered in a textured, grippy vinyl that holds you in position and is easy to clean. And the narrow front leg post stabilizes the bench, while not getting in the way of your foot placement.

What are the main differences between the AB-5000 and AB-5100?
The main difference is the seat design. The AB-5000 Zero Gap eliminates the gap between the back and seat pads. The AB-5100 is a rock-solid bench that has a minimal pad gap. Both are commercial grade, but the simplicity of the seat design on the 5100 lends itself better to larger commercial gyms.
