The ladder-style adjustment system is quick and easy to adjust. At only 85lbs, this lightweight and maneuverable bench includes a built-in upright storage post with rubber coating to protect your floors and add extra stability. And for the first time, this bench is available in limited edition colors including white and green.
This versatile adjustable bench is ideal for a wide range of athletes and features 7 back positions (0 to 85 degrees) and 3 seat positions (0, 10, and 20 degrees). The closed ladder design prevents you from lifting the ladder out when adjusting your AB-4100. We’ve also minimized the gap between the seat and back pad (1.57”) and married it with a squared off 12” back pad, featuring our improved CleanGrip™ pad material, so athletes of any size can lift comfortably and worry-free.

It is compatible with the AB-3000 wide pad (no wide seat is needed) but the AB-3000 wide pad is 1.37" taller than the 4100 pad so when stored vertically, it will be angled and resting on the pad.
A closed ladder design prevents you from lifting out the ladder when adjusting your bench and specifically when taking the bench vertical. The back pad does not swing around.
