The AB-3100 is REP’s most affordable adjustable bench, while still featuring six back pad adjustments (from flat to 90 degrees) and three seat angle options (from flat to 20 degrees). The AB-3100 is a heavy-duty, flat-incline bench (no decline position) with a three-post design, so the legs of the bench won’t get in the way of your feet while pressing. Easily and securely switch angles with the ladder adjustment design.
For extra stability, the AB-3100 features grooved, rubber, grippy feet on all three contact points, plus a vertical tube for added support under heavy loads (weight capacity: 700lbs). The pads are covered with a non-slip, textured vinyl that holds lifters in position and is easy to clean. The seat pad slightly tapers for comfort, with a small 1.75” gap between the back and seat pads. The AB-3100 comes in four colors: metallic black, red, blue, and matte black.

Rubber grip feet on all three contact points and the vertical tube support provide extra stability. The ladder design allows for quick and easy adjustments. The three-post design allows you to get into position without the bench getting in your way. Grippy pads are comfortable yet firm so you can have the best, slip-resistant setup.
The benches have slightly different adjustment angles, and the AB-4100 has one more back angle. AB-3100: Back is 0, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90; seat is 0, 10, 20. AB-4100: Back is 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 85; seat is 0, 10, 20.
In addition, the AB-3100 has an open ladder design, whereas the AB-4100 offers a closed ladder design. The AB-4100 is designed for vertical storage, but the 3100 is not. The AB-4100 has a uniform 12” wide pad, while the AB-3100 has a pad that tapers at the top. And the AB-4100 has an upgraded handle and meets the IPF Height Standard.
For the best ladder movement, you may need to slightly loosen the bolts that attach the ladder to the back frame.
Easy! The bench comes mostly pre-assembled, requiring a minimal amount of time on your part upon delivery.
