Extended Safeties
Chrome-plated safety bars extend from the rack and can hold an extra barbell (although the J-cup is gentler on the bar). -

The racks are different in width, hole spacing, pull-up bars, and weight storage. The PR-1000 is wider, with an extra 2” of working space between the uprights. The PR-1000’s holes are closer together; they’re 2”, compared with the PR-1100’s 3” holes. The PR-1100 has a multi-grip pull-up bar, while the PR-1000 offers two separate and different-sized pull-up bars (1.25” in the front and 2” in the back). And finally, the PR-1000 comes with weight horns on the back base of the rack, while the PR-1100 does not.
Due to the weight of the rack (130lbs) and the potential for tipping, banded movements are not recommended and therefore band peg holes are not included.
No, you cannot bolt the PR-1100 Home Gym Power Rack down.
You can use the TRX System if you properly weigh down the rack.
It is not recommended to do muscle-ups on the PR-1100 Home Gym Power Rack. If you want to do movements like kipping pull-ups and muscle-ups, opt for the PR-4000 or PR-5000 power rack, as these racks are more stable and built to endure those movements.

Rep 1100 rack with lat pulldown/low row FAVORABLE/PROS:
-Good value for the cost. -quality build-smooth action on the pulleys-aluminum pulleys-This rack is the only entry level rack I could find that offered a selectorized stack, REP customer service was accessible and helpful.
UNFAVORABLE/CONS:-Parts arrived in various stages. I had to store the large heavy boxes for a few weeks to wait for all of the parts to be received so I could complete the build. - parts were damaged during shipment which further delayed my ability to build and use the rack. - FEDex delivery date estimates proved to be very unreliable. Rack is too short to complete some overhead exercises. Also very short front to back depth at 24 inches, No roller J-hooks offered by REP, REP website clunky to use. OVERALL, I AM SATISFIED WITH THIS RACK AND WITH REP.

After months of debating which power rack to get, I decided to go with the PR-1100 power rack because it was more affordable for my budget. This rack is very solid and stable as well. I am extremely happy so far and very happy with the lat pull-down attachment as well. I will be ordering some more attachments in the future.

This is a budget rack and comes with budget quality; crooked welds, cheap attachments. With that said these issues are not deal breakers and I’m happy with the purchase.
The rack meets the needs, bench press, squats, pull-ups, weight storage and cable attachments. Good luck finding all this in another package at this price, PR-1100 with Weight Storage & Lat/Row Cables, $839, Black Friday 10% off.
It’s stable front to back, but side to side is a little wobble.
