Minimalist Package

There’s a home gym for a small room – and then there’s a home gym for no room. The Minimalist Package is for people who don’t have space for a power rack, barbell, and weight plates, but still want to get in quality training at home.

All you need for this package is a little floor space for an Exercise Mat and the AB-4100, an adjustable bench that stores upright and out of the way; it takes up just 7.2SQFT of space when in use. Even if you don’t have extra wall space, you can still attach the Wall or Ceiling Mount Pull-Up Bar to the ceiling. The rest of the package has barely any footprint: a set of Adjustable Dumbbells in 20lbs or 52.5lbs; an Adjustable Kettlebell in the size of your choice; an Ab Roller; a set of Pull-Up Bands; and a Speed Cable Jump Rope.
