The Arcadia™ functional trainer is REP's first functional trainer designed by our Colorado engineering team from the ground up. REP has seamlessly integrated distinct, high-end features to this compact functional trainer, such as the unique trolleys seen on our popular Ares™ and Athena™ attachments; 10lb increment weight stacks; and in-house-designed, knurled handles. This full, versatile trainer features 32 cable positions with dual weight stacks that top out at 170lbs each, for a total of 340lbs at a 2:1 ratio (moving 100lbs feels like 50lbs).

The Arcadia™ is versatile, with 32 different cable positions. This allows for more customization and natural movements, especially when working smaller muscles. The handles can go high and low enough to ensure you maximize your range of motion.
Multi-Grip
Challenge different grip, arm, and back muscles using multiple pull-up options integrated right into the functional trainer.
Weight Stacks
Dual weight stacks top out at 170lbs each (with an option to upgrade to 220lbs each) at a 2:1 ratio, heavy enough for even experienced lifters. Hot-rolled steel plates assure high accuracy. Premium 5lb (feels like 2.5lbs) dropdown, add-on weights allow for micro-adjustments.
Built-In Storage
The built-in storage keeps your small attachments and accessories organized and accessible. Customize your setup by easily repositioning the pegs to meet your preferences and needs.
Attachment Compatibility
The Arcadia™ is compatible with tons of cable attachments, such as the ankle cuff, sports handle, tricep rope, tricep pushdown bar, multi-grip curl bar, and much more.
Integrated Band Pegs
The integrated band pegs on the base and headplate provide the option to create added resistance with bands up to a max weight capacity of 540lbs.

Have had the Arcadia for a couple of weeks now and am loving it. I didn't have a great way to do triceps, flyes, or rows with my current setup, and this allows me to do all that and more. The box upon shipping was 800 LBS and I have a bit of a steep driveway so we couldn't pull it all the way up with the mini forklift. Thankfully, we opened the box halfway up and unloaded half the weight into the garage and were able to make it the rest of the way. This thing is super solid and was really easy to put together. Got some additional REP accessories and I'm good to go. Then to wrap things up, I put the huge empty wooden shipping crate on OfferUp for free and billed it as an outdoor planter, and someone came by within a week to take it off my hands. Highly recommended.

I've had our Arcadia functional trainer for 8 months, and am very happy with it.
I'll go through a few things and then summarize at the end.
Shipping: The Arcadia was well packaged overall for shipping, but I still ended up with a rub mark on my right upgright. The shipping process was uneventful.
Assembly: The assembly process was not as hard as I expected it to be. I followed the paper instructions that came with it, and we took our time. A second set of hands is definitely helpful. It took about 6 hours total, that included doing inventory of everything before starting and a break for lunch. I was impressed with how well everything fit together - so often holes are off a little when you assemble something, but the Arcadia fit together basically perfectly.
Quality - the Arcadia is very well built, in my opinion. The guides for the pulley adjustments have the numbers laser cut into the stainless - not only looks sharp, but will last. The gym where my wife is a member has three of them, so that says a lot about the quality as well.
Summary - The Arcadia was a great purchase, is well made, and has opened up a ton of possibilities in my workouts. I lave having it in my home gym!
