Fully protect the knurling on your barbell with the versatile, heavy-duty Flat Sandwich J-cups 2.0. These cups, which are compatible with 4000 and 5000 Series power racks, are finished in a durable, metallic black powder coat that is incredibly resistant to chips and rust. The 2.0 version brings an elevated finish to your power rack, with high-end details like a laser-cut, metallic black REP logo plate with a stainless-steel backing – the reverse of the original design for an extra pop. These J-cups feature a thick urethane insert to protect your barbell, and a plastic lining to protect the power rack uprights. Plus, the hardware is on the side of the cups, so there’s no metal contact with your barbell.
The Flat Sandwich J-cups 2.0, with a larger opening than standard J-cups, work with regular and oversized specialty bars. They’re also taller than the original version to make it easier to re-rack your bar and attach the J-cups to your rack uprights. Flat J-cups are tough, with a weight capacity of 1,000lbs, and they’re laser cut and bent with rounded corners. The bottom liners are one piece to prevent rotation of the liners. The 4000 Series cups are made for 3x3” uprights with 5/8” pins. The 5000 Series J-cups are designed for 3x3” uprights with 1” pins. They extend off the rack 6”. These cups are sold in pairs.

Due to machining variables, we cannot guarantee compatibility with non-REP products.
Cosmetics: The new J-cups feature a metallic black finish with a stainless-steel backing, which makes the REP logo pop. That’s the reverse look of the original design.
Functionally: The 2.0 J-cups have a taller landing zone height. The higher position on the pin from the C-cup allows the J-cup for easier installation, due to less rotation needed. This also allows for more surface area when re-racking.
