No, but at 39” long, one size fits most lifters. (Unlike a lifting belt, you don’t need a Dip Belt to fit snugly around your waist to brace against.) If you need more space in the Dip Belt, you can also switch out the 31.5” chain it comes with for a longer chain of your own. The chain is not permanently attached to the belt, so it’s easily interchangeable.

I have to say the minimal design is just perfect for me, I have another brand that is really padded, adjustable, but doesn't come close to the comfort the REP Belt has, again for me.
