I haven't found myself using this mat much, but if you are doing sit-ups regularly it would be very useful. Nicely designed as well.

Matt works well. Tailbone pad provides some extra padding on a hard floor and the overall support is nice as I work to get into better shape. Will be handy for lunges too.
