The Globe Front Mount Pull-Up Bar provides a wide variety of exercises all in one piece of equipment. It includes multiple grips, from neutral to close to wide, for added challenges. In addition to 1.25” tubes at different angles, this bar also features small globes (3.1” diameter) and large globes (4” diameter) to hit different muscles and improve your grip.
The bar is highly versatile. In addition to pull-ups, you can attach a band to it for resistance exercises and even use it for organizing bandsand chains when not in use. You can attach the bar to your existing power rack and take up no extra space in your home gym. This bar is compatible with the PR-4000, PR-5000, Omni, and Apollo Half Rack. It comes in a high-end, matte black powder coat finish.

My Favorite
Even though I don't use the globe options often, this bar offers so much variety. Also, your head will easily fit inside the opening. The neutral grip pullup is the easiest, shoulder-friendly option out there. Straps, pulleys, or rings could be attached to the fixed bar as well.

Almost perfect
I really love this, it is so nice to have so many varied grips, and having globes is really nice to have a change o pace. I do somewhat wish it has a bar in the middle, though I know this would mean the angled bars in the middle wouldn't be useful. I use it for any hanging exercise, and for bands for things like nordic curls.
