OVERVIEW

The Crossmember Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar for power rack is the upgrade your setup has been waiting for. It bolts on solid and instantly adds a variety of pull-up options, giving you multiple grip angles and widths to hit your back, arms, and shoulders the way you want. The multi-grip design supports better long-term training by letting you rotate grips for comfort, strength carryover, and fewer cranky joints.

.

FEATURES

MULTI-GRIP

MULTI-GRIP

Train wide, neutral, angled, and everything in between — multiple grips in one bar so you can hit your back from every direction without swapping attachments.
MOUNTING OPTIONS

MOUNTING OPTIONS

It pairs perfectly with a Smith machine, 72"/82" Rack Crossmember Connectors, Logo Plate Crossmembers, and standard crossmembers — keeping your rack setup optimized, clean, and cohesive. The front mount creates breathing room inside your rack, giving you cleaner bar paths for squats, presses, and more.
SEAMLESS INTEGRATION

SEAMLESS INTEGRATION

Integrated nuts in the handles streamline installation and keep the bar’s profile tight — so it mounts clean, sits closer to the rack, and preserves more usable training space.

Nice alternative to Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar

This bar gives you almost as much height as the "regular" Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar. Very heavy and easy to install. Keep in mind that you'll need a cross-member on the front of the rack. My 6 post Ares already has a straight bar there, so the less-expensive, less-convenient option is the side crossmember. The back crossmember may be an option IF (a) you have the space and (b) are wiling to work around the weight stack. Keep in mind the total depth of 15.7" on the spec sheet includes the fixed bolts; the bar itself is only approximately 7" off the crossmember.

    Excellent Addition!

I installed this pull up bar on the back of Fringe Sports Dane 2.0. It supports multiple pull up angles. The quality of the product is great and the installation was easy.

    I highly recommend it!

    Needs an update

I updated my Apollo Half Rack with in-rack Globe Mount to this pull-up bar with a new Logo Plate Crossmember 2.0. This new set-up is definitely better than my previous as I'm now positioned further out and away from my in-rack shelving. Previously when doing pull-ups, my toes would clip the shelving on the way up. Really annoying and distracting. (I know, just bend your knees.) Regarding this new attachment, I have two main critiques. First I feel like the straight part of the bar is not quite wide enough. I prefer to do most of my pull-ups on a straight bar. I have medium/average sized hands. When I do pull-ups on this bar my pinkies partially hang off the end onto the downward angle portion. It's not a big distraction, but it's not ideal. Second, I know it's unlikely, but it has to have been an oversight that the interior angled bars are facing the wrong way. This bar needs to be flipped to allow for a "chin-up" palms facing you grip. For reference to this, check out REPs Globe Front/Side Mount Pull-up bars. This is the proper orientation. As it stands now the Crossmember Multi-Grip's angled bars are redundant with the other grips available. REP Dev Team, if you find my review has merit enough for an eventual redesign, please send me a discount code and I will happily give you more of my money. Either way, I'm a loyal customer otherwise very satisfied with everything I've ever purchased. Cheers guys!
