The Cable Catch is easy to set up and use. -
ACCESSIBLE
This attachment helps recovering and adaptive athletes who feel restricted starting from the bottom of the belt squat.
Attach the Cable Catch to the Belt Squat, add weight, clip belt to Belt Squat, unclip Cable Catch, place the hook over the J-cup to store it out of the way, and begin your exercise. When you have completed your set, stand up and reattach the Cable Catch to the Belt Squat. Unclip your belt.
The Cable Catch requires the REP Belt Squat, weight belt, and compatible power racks (all sold separately).
Belt squats are a great way to build leg strength without loading the spine.
