Yes! Once you select your weight, the weight plates are securely locked in and will have minimal shift or rattle.
This kettlebell is not designed to be slammed or dropped. Doing so could damage the kettlebell to the point that it can’t securely hold the weight plates.

Once again, a fantastic product from REP. Great design, perfect handle width with just enough surface texture. Simple, easy, and quick to adjust weight with the kettlebell always feeling secure. 10/10 would recommend!

This kettlebell is great! It feel amazing in hand and it the perfect size for all the exercise I need it for.
The only minor issue I have is the clanking noise it makes once you go past 20 LBs. When doing kettlebell swings, I can hear the sound of the weight inside the kettlebell moving. I don't think it will ruin the kettlebell, but it's worth noting.
Besides that minor gripe, the Kettlebell is great. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for an all-in-one set.

Does what I needed it to do. The finish is great and seems to hold chalk well for longer sessions. I have only really used it for the 20kg and 24kg settings. I am about 20 workouts into using it and do not see a reason not to buy another one. I wish it went up to 32kg.
