WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
If, for any reason, your product's performance is compromised due to defects in material or workmanship, we want the chance to make it right! We stand behind our products and will work diligently to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
In the claims process, please understand that warrantied products are replaced at REP's discretion and warranties do not cover normal product wear. Products modified or repaired outside of REP will be void of warranty coverage. Warranties may be voided if product is damaged due to negligent use, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. REP does not guarantee compatibility with other companies products and warranties can be voided in these cases.
**Negligent or faulty use includes: abusive dropping of the bar (i.e. dropping the loaded bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and/or similar usage).**
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY*
REP Fitness will warranty these products from defects in material, functionlaity, and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. "Lifetime" warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in material or workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply to basic barbell maintenance. NOTE: The warranty policy does not apply to any products that leave the lower 48 states.

DISCLAIMED WARRANTIES
The privisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, to the maximum extent allowed by law, all other warranties, including but not limited to express warranty, implied warranty, warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and warranty of non-infringement of intellectual property, are expressly excluded to the maximum extent.
REP FITNESS RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Damaged or Incorrect Product Received:
If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can direct you on how to return any items to us and we can ship the proper items to you. If you are receiving freight, ensure that you read the freight guidelines. Please contact us via email at orders@repfitness.com to address these issues. In the email, please include your name, order number, description of the issue, and any photos or videos you can provide of the incorrect and/or damaged items. Photos/videos are required to process a return or refund for the item(s) in question.
In its discretion, Rep Fitness may vary the standard returns process for any reason, including for customers in specific geographic locations. For example, the cost to return merchandise to Rep Fitness may warrant the merchandise be retained by the customer rather than being shipped to back to Rep Fitness.Â

For any return where Rep Fitness has chosen not to have the product shipped back to it, Rep Fitness may instruct the customer on the following options: Â
- Recycle or salvage
- Disposal through appropriate Hazardous/Regulated Waste process (if applicable)
- Destroy/general waste disposalÂ
By accepting the replacement product, you agree to comply with any instructions to destroy or dispose of the product and to further confirm that Rep Fitness will have no liability related to a defective product which was replaced.
Returns:
If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund. All returns require you to contact us first in order to get a return authorization. There is a 15% restocking fee for items that are used and not in their original packaging. Any restocking or nonrefundable shipping fees will be discussed with you prior to us authorizing the return. **ALL clearance items are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund.**

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 24-48 hours of that initiation process depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:
With the exception of shipping errors, damages, and/or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (to AND from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
