Warranty Information

If, for any reason, your product's performance is compromised due to defects in material or workmanship, we want the chance to make it right. We stand behind our products and will work diligently to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

In the claims process, please understand that warrantied products are replaced at REP's discretion and warranties do not cover normal product wear. Products modified or repaired outside of REP will be void of warranty coverage. Warranties may be voided if a product is damaged due to negligent use, maintenance, storage (i.e. storing outside), or handling by the user. REP does not guarantee compatibility with other companies’ products and warranties can be voided in these cases.

**Negligent or faulty use includes: abusive dropping of the bar (i.e. dropping the loaded bar on a box, bench, spotter arms, or pins in a rack; excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers; excessive dropping with iron plates; excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces; and/or similar usage).**

REP Fitness will warranty these products from defects in material, functionality, and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Lifetime warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in material or workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is nontransferable. Warranty does not apply to basic barbell maintenance. NOTE: The warranty policy does not apply to any products that leave the lower 48 states or orders that were shipped to Canada before 06/15.

The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, to the maximum extent allowed by law. All other warranties, including but not limited to express warranty, implied warranty, warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, and warranty of noninfringement of intellectual property, are expressly excluded to the maximum extent.

If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so we can direct you how to return the incorrect items and we can ship the proper items to you. If you are receiving freight, ensure that you read the freight guidelines. Please contact us via email at info@repfitness.com to address these issues. In the email, include your name, order number, description of the issue, and any photos or videos you can provide of the incorrect and/or damaged items. Photos/videos are required to process a return or refund for the item(s) in question.

In its discretion, REP may vary the standard returns process for any reason, including for customers in specific geographic locations. For example, the cost to return merchandise may warrant the merchandise be retained by the customer rather than being shipped to back to REP.

If for any reason REP chooses not to ship the product back, REP may instruct the customer to do the following:  

• Recycle or salvage the item
• Dispose of the item through an appropriate hazardous/regulated Waste process (if applicable)
• Destroy the item and send it to general waste disposal 

By accepting the replacement product, you agree to comply with any instructions to destroy or dispose of the product and to further confirm that REP will have no liability related to a defective product that was replaced.
