Canada Returns and Cancellations
Returns:
If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund. All returns require you to contact us first in order to get a Return Shipping Label (if you are not planning to use your own), and a Return Authorization document. Please print out your Return Authorization document, and attach it to one of the packages being used for your return, along with your return label. If your return requires a refund, please note that you have 30 days from receipt of these documents to use your shipping label. If the item(s) have not been shipped within 30 days, the shipping label will be voided, and the return will be closed.Â
All returns will incur a Return Shipping Fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount. There is a 15% restocking fee for items that are not returned in their original packaging, or items that are returned incomplete (an example of an 'incomplete' return is an item returned without the hardware with which it came). Any restocking or nonrefundable shipping fees that are to be deducted from your final refund will be discussed with you prior to us authorizing the return.
Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund.Â
All clearance items are final sale 'as-is'. These items will not be eligible for a refund and are not covered under warranty.Â
Refunds:
Once delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for your return and refund to be processed. Once processed, we will initiate a refund to the form of payment used on the original order, which may take 24-48 hours to appear on your end.
Original shipping charges are not refundable as a part of your refund.
Cancellations:
We try to get orders out as fast as possible. You may cancel your order prior to the order being processed. Once it is processed, we cannot cancel the order.
Please note that the entire order must be canceled. We cannot cancel specific items. If you want to keep specific items, they would need to be purchased in a new order.

Shipping:
With the exception of shipping errors, damages, and/or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (to AND from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
