WHEN CAN I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
As soon as you receive your order email confirmation you can schedule an appointment through the link above.
WHAT IF MY ORDER STILL SAYS "PROCESSING"?
The order will show "Processing" until it has been picked up. Go ahead and schedule your appointment.
WHERE DO I GO FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Our PA location's address is 1700 Harrisburg Pike, Suite 200, Carlisle, PA 17015. Please pull up to the NW corner of the building at the ramp and shoot us a text to let us know you’ve arrived. Someone from our Local Pickup team will be with you as soon as they can.
Once our CA warehouse is live, we will have information on pickup location listed here. Stay tuned!
IS SAME-DAY PICK UP AVAILABLE?
Due to high demand, we will not be able to accommodate same day pick ups.
CAN I SHOW UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT?
No – orders are prepped based on appointments made. If you show up without an appointment, our Local Pick Up team can turn you away.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
You have 30 days from the day the order is placed. Any orders not picked up after 30 days will be cancelled and refunded.
IS YOUR SHOWROOM OPEN?
We are planning to open our Pennsylvania and California showrooms later this summer. To stay in the know with Showroom updates, make sure you are signed up for our email newsletter!
While our headquarters remains in Denver, we have relocated our warehouse operations to Pennsylvania and California; therefore we no longer have a showroom in Colorado.
HOW DO I ADD AN ORDER TO MY EXISTING APPOINTMENT?
Please give us 24 hours notice to add any additional orders to a previously scheduled appointment. Our team preps orders the night before, so if you place an order
the day of your appointment, we may not be able to get it prepped in time.
WHAT IF I MISS MY APPOINTMENT?
Any missed appointments will result in a cancellation and refund to your original payment method. If you are unable to make your appointment, please reach out to us ahead of time or reschedule through your appointment confirmation email.
CAN I HAVE A FRIEND/FAMILY MEMBER PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, please email us ahead of time to let us know who will be picking up your order.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER FROM LOCAL PICKUP TO DELIVERY?
If you would like to make this change, please give us at least 24 hours notice, however, keep in mind that we will need to charge the 10% that was originally discounted for a Local Pickup order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with "CANCEL" in the subject line to see if we are able to accommodate.
Local Pick Up orders can be cancelled at any time as long the entire order is selected for Pick Up. If part of your order is shipping, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. Please note, if part of your order is shipping, we may not be able to cancel it if it is too far along in the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
