You can perform narrow and wide grip lat pulldowns, narrow and wide grip mid rows (seated rows), narrow and wide grip low rows, landmine bent over rows, a wide range of landmine exercises, and many more cable exercises. Here are some different ways to use a landmine.
It has a three-year home use and one-year commercial gym use.
Mountain-style knurling looks like a mountain pattern with tiny peaks cut into the attachment that dig into your skin for the most aggressive grip support. This is the same knurling on the Double Black Diamond™ power bar.
Volcano-style knurling is a combination of passive hill-style and aggressive mountain-style knurling, for a middle-depth option. This is the same knurling as the Colorado™ bar.
