The 15kg Teton Training Bar is a top-quality Olympic weightlifting barbell with a bright zinc coating for added durability against wear and corrosion. Compliant with International Weightlifting Federation standards, it features IWF knurl markings for precise hand placement and medium-depth, volcano-pattern knurling for a secure grip during high-rep workouts. Ribbed sleeves ensure stability during explosive lifts, while four high-performance needle bearings per sleeve offer a faster, smoother spin suitable for Olympic-style lifts.
