These things are extremely versatile and solid! They can be used as handles for belt squats, as a weight horn for calf raises, as handles for dips, 90 degree pull-ups handles, and so much more.

I use 2 of these as a dip station. They work great and take up less space that a traditional dip station.

Great accessory addition for my 3x3 REP rack. Can be used for additional plate storage, can set two up for a dip station and I also use them inside the cage to give my knees anchor points to keep me in my seat for lat pull downs with my cable set up. Super versatile.
