REP Sandbags open up a new world of exercises with a training tool that is very different than a traditional dumbbell or barbell. The weight shifts in the bag, can be used for explosive exercises, packs a huge amount of value, and can be taken with you anywhere.
This sandbag was tested for several months here in Colorado before being released, and we've improved our sandbag over the years. Several improvements include reinforced stitching, reinforced rivets with extra durable Cordura exterior and a large YKK zipper. Sand is not included.
The ideal working weight range for sandbags is 70 to 80% of the max capacity. Do not fill filler bags beyond 3/4 full. Doing so will increase the chance of bursting.
No. Sandbags are not designed to be slammed, dragged, or filled directly with sand without filler bags.

I filled up half sand and rubber mulch. I never used a sandbag before and have to say I love it . Loaded one bag at 40lbs and the other at 80lbs and have worked great so far

Solid sandbag! Sturdy, holds weight well, withstands hard use.
The handles feel solid, and the individual filler bags allow for quick adjustment of weights. (I filled each with around 33 lbs of sand).

Have recently started a new program that asks for sandbags almost 2x a week, had the sand but not the bags so I splurged on the case from REP. Love them! Heavy duty and they get the job done

This is my first sandbag. After a lot of research you cannot beat the price for what you get with this sandbag. I decided to go with the 5-25# bag to see if I would like this form of working out. I filled it using 20# pea gravel and some rubber mulch to add fullness. It has so many different handles it makes this bag great for a huge variety of movements. The quality of materials seems like it will last a long time. I’ve used it quite a bit already and it has quickly become a fast favorite.
