A set of four crossmembers, set of four uprights, a logo plate crossmember, a pull-up bar of your choice, a pair of J-cups of your choice, and a pair of safeties of your choice. This will create a basic, four-post power rack. Add any additional attachments you want. For a basic, six-post power rack (with weight storage), you will need an extra pair of uprights, a set of four 16” crossmembers, and weight horns.

I’ve had to use the Black 41 inch cross members for the main wall mount rig,
but the Red CR-16’s on another brands rack with a few extra washers fit perfectly and Safe !
