The Physioball comes with a hand pump to blow it up, tape to measure its size, and plug removers.
The weight capacity is 330lbs.
The tape that comes with the ball has two holes. Wrap the tape around the ball and if the holes line up, the ball is filled to size.
No, you should not use free weights while on the Physioball. It is designed for bodyweight exercises only.

Slowly building out a home gym and it wouldn’t be complete without a stability ball. The included inflation tool worked well if slowly. A great touch by REP is the included measuring tape that lets you know exactly when it’s properly inflated. Stability ball itself feels good for the price and has worked its way into our routine many times.
