The Globe Side Mount Pull-Up Bar provides a variety of exercises all in one piece of equipment. It includes multiple grips, from neutral to close to wide, for added challenges. In addition to 1.25” tubes at different angles, it features small globes (3.1” diameter) and large globes (4” diameter) to hit different muscles and improve your grip. Mounting this bar on the side of your rack allows you to have another pull-up bar in the front.
The Globe Side Mount Pull-up Bar is highly versatile. In addition to pull-ups, you can attach a band to it for resistance exercises and even use it for organizing bands and chains when not in use. You can attach the bar to your existing power rack and take up no extra space in your home gym. This bar is compatible with the PR-4000 and PR-5000 racks and requires 41” crossmembers. It comes in a high-end, matte black powder coat finish.

I mounted this one on the front upper post of my PR5000 rack. It looks amazing, the thickness is perfect. The finishing and grip texture is perfect. Very solid.

Shipping damage
I bought this to replace my front mounted model due to changes I made to my pr 5000. I liked the front mount unit enough that I was happy to use the side mounted one. The purchase would have been a five star except for the fact that it was received damaged. I felt that the packaging was not up to what I am used to from REP. That being said I am still happy even with the finish being scraped up. (Just some touch up)

No more moving my bench for pull-ups
I love this. I do not have to move my bench anymore to do pull ups. It barely gets in the way of my darko dock in front of my 86" post, my barbell just touches the handle. Not enough to make a difference.
