This bike features a PM5 Monitor that connects via Bluetooth to a long list of apps, including the free ErgData app. A flywheel uses air resistance to create a smooth, quiet ride; the harder your pedal, the harder the workout gets. It’s the same flywheel and monitor as Concept2’s RowErgs and SkiErgs. A damper simulates the feeling of changing gears on a bike, and wheels make it easy to move the bike around your home gym. At 68lbs, it’s lighter than other comparable stationary bikes.
The bike features a clutch that keeps the flywheel spinning when you stop pedaling, which makes it feel like an outdoor bike. Adjust the seat and handlebars to fit a variety of athletes (and even customize with your own seat, pedals, and handlebars, if you want). Secure your phone in the attached device holder. This bike features heavy-duty construction, with a black powder coat aluminum frame. The bike is suitable for athletes up to 300lbs. It is made in the USA.
