Started from the bottom, now we're here.
We're going to toot our own horn, because we've had one helluva year! From landing on multiple "best of" lists and launching our new supplements brand, Purist®, to opening an overseas office and rolling out brand-new equipment, we're covering everything that made this our best year yet.
Drumroll Please: 2025 REP Awards
Nothing beats reading our favorite publications and spotting our products getting the recognition they deserve. Here are noteworthy awards and recommendations we received this year:
GQ — Best Power Rack: PR-5000

The PR-5000 Power Rack represents the core of REP's values: quality, innovation, and creative customization within a minimal footprint. "I’ve trained in plenty of gyms with flimsy racks that shift under heavy weight, so having a home setup that feels rock-solid is a must. This one doesn’t budge," says reviewer Jordan Galloway. "...and the ability to customize it with pull-up bars, dip stations, and spotter arms makes it feel more like a complete strength training station than just a squat rack." We couldn't have said it better ourselves.
Men's Health — Best Value Bench: AB-3000
![]()
The AB-3000Â was our best value bench, but then we gave it a makeover and made it even more affordable. Now, the AB-3000 2.0 offers eight back pad positions, updated CleanGripâ„¢ pads, and a transport handle that's tucked neatly out of the way. Plus, the built-in leg roller can now be moved further back and forward, allowing for better clearance and more comfort.
Verywell Fit — Best Adjustable Dumbbells with Multiple Grip Options: QuickDraw™

"Rep Fitness’ Quickdraw Adjustable Dumbbells have three handles per weight instead of one — perfect for triceps extensions and similar exercises when you need to change your grip...We immediately noticed the dumbbells’ durable steel switch system, which made it easy to adjust the weight quickly and effortlessly," says Jarrod Nobbe of Verywell Fit.Â
You can choose between 30, 40, 50, and 60 pound pairs, with the ability to purchase additional add-on plates to upgrade your setup in the future (to a max of 60 pounds per dumbbell).
Wirecutter and Gymless — Best Kettlebell: REP® Kettlebells

"We found the Rep Fitness Kettlebell to be notably accessible for people with a variety of body and hand sizes, grip preferences, and experience using kettlebells," writes Wirecutter— a theme that was also picked up by the Gymless team, who voted our kettlebells the best for people with large hands (oddly specific, but true!).
"The matte black texture of the bells provides more resilience to premature rust and if you get excessively sweaty hands, the coating provides a very very light sandpaper feeling that enhances grip with or without chalk," says Pat Chadwick, CPT, calisthenics coach, and Gymless contributor.
REP kettlebells can be purchased in pounds or kilograms, individually, as a set, or even in an adjustable build.
Classpass — Best HIIT/Strength Training Splurge: 3-in-1 Wood Plyo Box

"My favorite ‘splurge’ item has to be a multi-level Plyo box. This level changer can add so much variety to your workout. From plyometrics to isometrics, a simple box can make all the difference in progressing or regressing an exercise. Having a box with multi-levels allows you to switch up exercises within a circuit quickly easily. My favorite brand is Rep Fitness," says Melissa Boyd, owner of SALT, and Classpass contributor.
SELF — Best Adjustable Kettlebell, Weight Bench, and Lifting Belt

You've heard why REP kettlebells are exceptional, and that extends to the adjustable version as well. For those looking to save space without losing customization and workout variety, the adjustable kettlebell is for you!
We were also thrilled to see the AB-3100 Adjustable Weight Bench and REP USA Premium Leather Lifting Belt earn recognition as top-tier products.
Yahoo! Health — Best Gymnastic Rings: Wood Gymnastic Rings

"These rings utilize the same Baltic birch wood found in competition gyms, featuring a 1.11" diameter that meets Olympic Federation specifications and works well for smaller hands (you can also choose a 1.25" diameter option). They're rated to 600 pounds and come with 14-foot straps — the longest we tested — which means you can use them almost anywhere," says Rachel MacPherson, CA, CPT, CSCS and contributing writer for Yahoo! Health.
But Wait, There's More: The 2026 Men's Health Award Winners
Just like "Everything Everywhere All at Once" at the 2022 Oscars (taking home 7 awards that night and sweeping the competition), REP Fitness received high praise from Men's Health this year with 8 awards in various categories.
Best Overall Weight Rack:Â PR-5000

"The perfect anchor to any home gym... and thanks to REP's ecosystem of accessories, it can grow with your for years to come" says Men's Health, and we couldn't agree more. The PR-5000 is REP's most premium power rack, with the widest range of compatible attachments, like the REP® ARES™ 2.0 cable system, Smith machine attachment, and so much more.
Best Budget Adjustable Dumbbell:Â QuickDrawâ„¢

Men's Health gave REP's budget-friendly adjustable dumbbell high honors, noting that they appreciated how durable it is, surviving, "Hundreds of drops (we know because we've tried!)" These adjustable dumbbells are beginner-friendly, easy to use, and can be upgraded when you're ready for more with 10-pound add ons for a maximum of 60 pounds per dumbbell.
Best Adjustable Bench:Â Nighthawkâ„¢

"The Nigthhawk™ is great for bench presses, and it has a super-smooth incline mechanism, but it also feels lighter than most premium benches — and it can store vertically, perfect for small-spae home gyms," says Men's Health.
Best Bar: Coloradoâ„¢ Bar

"This barbell is all about versatility, with a soft knurling and finish that makes it great for bench presses and curls, but just enough spin to let you get through cleans and other power moves too," says Men's Health. This is REP's best mixed-use bar, perfect for powerlifting, weightlifting, HIIT workouts, and cross training.

Editor's Choice:Â Rackable Curl Bar

Men's Health fitness director Ebenezer Samuel named the REP® rackable curl bar to his best list, saying, "I can load heavy weights on for curls and skullcrushers but never waste energy lifting the weight into position to start my reps." We made this bar to provide the ergonomics of a curl bar with the rackability of standard straight bars — giving you comfort and convenience in your home gym setup.
Editor's Choice: Wall-Mounted REP® ARES™ 2.0

"Somehow, someway, REP packed a free-weight rack (for bench presses and squats), a pullup bar, and a cable row into a unit that fits in a bedroom-sized home gym," says Men's Health fitness director Ebenezer Samual. "And yes, I love it."Â
The wall-mounted REP® ARES™ 2.0 is a rack, cable machine, and pulldown/low row unit in a bite-size package, ideal for those with limited space who still want the full functionality of a half rack and more.
Editor's Choice: REP® x PÉPIN™ FAST Series™ Dumbbell

Men's Health editorial director Rich Dorment has the REP® x PÉPIN™ FAST Series™ Dumbbell on his wishlist — and for good reason. "REP manages to build a 120-pound adjustable dumbbell that can take a pounding, and somehow isn't nearly as fat as the 120-pound adjustables you'll see in commercial gyms," he says.
This adjustable dumbbell is a beast — supporting up to 125-pounds per dumbbell at only 18.3 inches long. They're made from steel and the metal cradles come with UHMW liners to prevent steel-on-steel contact. Plus, we've done rigorous drop tests from every angle to make sure these dumbbells can withstand your workout.
Editor's Choice: Sleeve Battle Rope

"The sleeve element of this battle rope makes it extra-easy to grip, and the overall feel here is well-weighted, great for everything from slams to Russian twists," says Rich Dorment, editorial director at Men's Health.
These ropes are made from a durable polydacron material and feature a full nylon sleeve to reduce wear. They're available in both 30- and 50-foot lengths, with either 1.5- or 2-inch diameters to suit your desired grip.
REP's 2025 Achievements in Innovation
We've had a busy year here at REP — building equipment, products, and even an entirely new brand! Here's our top callouts from the year:
Smith Machine Attachment
The release of the Smith machine rack attachment was a big celebration for us here at REP — giving lifters access to a rack attachment that provides smooth, vertical guidance for lifts. While typically only found in commercial gym settings, it's now a product that anyone can add to their home gym sertup, without having to take up valuable floorspace due to additional standalone equipment.
Altitudeâ„¢ Rack

It's like Goldilocks and the Three Bears — when the PR-5000 rack is too expensive, and the PR-1100 rack is too limited in its add-on features, the Altitude™ power rack and series of compatbile equipment is just right.
We built the Altitudeâ„¢ series for those who wanted a more affordable rack but still wanted access to customization. In addition to a power rack with a 700-pound weight capacity, you'll find a Smith machine attachment, cable attachment, dip attachment, strap safeties, leg roller, and more. Giving you access to a training setup that evolves with you.
Striveâ„¢ Cardio Series

REP is known for strength equipment like power racks, barbells, weight plates, kettlebells, and more. However, now we're in on the cardio game, with the Striveâ„¢ Air Bike featuring VPRâ„¢ and Striveâ„¢ Curved Treadmill.
Both pieces of cardio equipment are built with innovative tech that gives greater training variety and function. The Strive™ Curved Treadmill is a manual treadmill with resistance and incline adjustments, providing you with access to running, sprinting, uphill walking, backwards walking, and forward and backwards sled work. The Strive™ Air Bike utilizes VPR® — variable pitch resistance — allowing you to adjust the angle of fan blades, thus creating more or less resistance no matter your cadence.
OK, so the Strive™ Series hasn't quite launched yet... but 2025 marked endless hours of work on epic advancements and developments to the design, function, and features of these products. Stick with us team—the official launch is right around the corner.
REP Expands to the UK

This year, REP setup shop in Gloucester, England with a warehouse, office, and showroom to give folks across the pond access to REP equipment. In November, the REP UK website officially went live and marked a successful launch day that will go down in REP history.
Introducing Purist®: Nutrition to Fuel Strength

Peak performance and epic gains need fuel, which is why REP Fitness now has a sister brand that's dedicated to high-quality, transparent nutrition products. Launched in December, puristnutrition.com offers grass-fed whey protein powder, electrolyte hydration powder, creatine, pre-workout, and high protein bars — with more to come in 2026. The entire product lineup is NSF Certified for Sport, backed by Clinicians' Choice, and comes in Certified Plastic Neutral packaging.
YouTube Takeover
Did you know REP has not one but two amazing YouTube channels? In 2025 we created more content you love, from engineering deep dives to our fan-favorite series REP Labs to expert-led fitness how-tos. Pro-Athlete Partnerships

REP Fitness partnered up with some of the world's most elite athletes and fitness professionals— think Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Cooper DeJean (as seen above), Los Angeles Chargers safety Marcus Williams, Chicago Cubs outfielder Ian Happ, extreme athlete Demi Bagby, and more — highlighting our commitment to high-performance training.
We consider our equipment as some of the best in the world, and it shows when professional athletes choose REP for their real-world training.
REP Your School: Giving Back to Our Communities

REP Your School is a give-back initiative created to support and strengthen high school athletic programs. From surprise equipment drops to full weight room transformations, REP partners up with pro athletes to provide schools in need with professional-grade equipment.Â
This initiative is being led by the aforementioned Ian Happ, who recently surprised his own alma mater with complete REP Fitness weight room upgrade. Stay tuned for future REP Your School updates as we continue giving back to the communities shaping tomorrow's elite athletes.
TL;DR
Needless to say, we had a big year here at REP and we couldn't have done it without you! From awards, new releases, inspiring partners, a brand new nutrition brand, and more, we've worked hard to provide users with the equipment, fuel, and knowledge they need to build strength.
