- At the bottom of the vest, open the wide horizontal hook-and-loop closure on the pocket.
- Inside, open the smaller center hook-and-loop tab and pull it out.
- You’ll find two nylon straps with hook-and-loop—pull both out. The pocket is now fully open.
- Insert the weight plate fully, with the concave side facing in and the convex side facing out.
- Push the nylon straps in securely, followed by the center tab.
- Close the outer pocket flap with the wide hook-and-loop.

A weight vest can be used for any bodyweight exercise, adding extra resistance to help you progressively overload your muscles and build strength. The Strata™ Weight Vest itself weighs 2.3lbs. When the vest is paired with precision weight plates, it brings the total weight up to the required competition standards.
Both the 7lb and 10lb pairs meet or exceed the minimum required weight before the vest is added, for women and men respectively, so they can be used in competition without risk of being underweight.
Not all, but they will fit most weight vests designed for steel-cut weight plates. If your vest accommodates standard steel weight vest plates, these should fit. The 10lb pair measures just under 10"(W)x11.5"(H)x0.5"(D).
Use a damp cloth with mild soap to spot clean the surface. For tougher odors, lightly wipe down with a mix of water and white vinegar, then air dry thoroughly. Do not machine wash or dry your weight vest. Machine agitation and heat can damage the fabrics, and internal foams.
