We have yet to find the full capacity that you can put onto the sled itself. If anything, the straps and carabiners will have approximately a 700lb pull capacity before wear and tear will start to show.
Load it with light weight to work on speed and conditioning or load it up with heavy height to build posterior chain muscles. Wear the straps around your shoulders and drag the sled to hit your posterior chain, or grab hold of the straps and walk backward (facing the sled) to target your quads.
The sled comes with a shorter dual loop strap that can attach to one of two different length extension straps that also attach to the sled. This way, you can have four different pulling lengths.
The shortest is the dual loop strap straight to the sled.
Medium length is achieved through the addition of the shorter extension strap between the dual loop and the sled.
The second longest length requires adding the longer extension strap.
The longest length comes from adding both extension straps. (This would require an additional carabiner.)

Sled is very comparable to my rogue version. Slightly thinner gauge metal but still should provide years and years of use and abuse.

I wasn't going to write a review as REP's products & service are always excellent, and I have very little to offer anyone who has experience with home gyms, as they already know what I would say. But for you novices & fence-sitters, this sled, like all REP products is well designed, made, and delivered. . . it does exactly what I want (sled pulls) and will continue to do so essentially forever. REP's online purchasing process is straight forward, and I knew exactly when my order was placed, filled, shipped, and the arrival was right on time. The product was exactly as advertised, the packaging flawless. . . assembly painless. I sprayed the underside with a rust-inhibitor because I use mine on grass. . . which works great, btw, both for the sled and the grass. I hang mine on the wall along with a spare D-Handle cable attachment for easier handling. The only improvement that I can imagine REP could make is if they had one of their sponsored athletes show up for a workout. Seriously, home gym equipment today is epic. . . compare it to any other recreational pursuit, and it's a flat-out bargain.
