This allows you to switch from a plate-loaded system to a selectorized system on your PR-4000 and PR-5000 power racks. The selectorized stack allows for quick and easy adjustments between movements. The plate-loaded Athena® side-mount functional trainer conversion kit comes with a 170lb weight stack.

We knew that for some people, this would not be enough weight, so we've given you the option to max out the potential of your Athena® side-mount functional trainer attachment by upgrading the stack. The Athena® selectorized side-mount functional trainer attachment weight stack upgrade will add 50lbs to the weight stack making the new total weight 220lbs. Note: The weight stack upgrade is sold separately.
