This thing is beefy. I built a 4 post rack in the builder. I swing on the pull up bar attach bands to the rack and work them and, rack the 135 I work with without it moving.
I needed something to bench and squat safely and this has been that and so much more. I chose the flip down safeties and am thrilled with those as well.
