Very well made. Excellent stability. Side note locking bolt for adjustment has a plastic sleeve. That was disappointing. Also if you order the adjustable post always hold the pad to save your thumb from pain.

This thing is beast for my garage gym! I’ll never have to buy another bench again, as this one will last me forever. Spend the bit extra for the adjustable pin, it’s definitely worth the decline option! Also, went with fat pad, my tiny fiancé can still bench with no options, just much more sturdy!

I am really please with then options and and ability to choice your own bench colors. I went with the red frame and metallic black latter cages and could be happier with how it turned out. Love the new clean grip vinyl in the pad is very comfortable.
