Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter 
The promoter is REP Fitness UK, headquartered in Gloucester, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
  • Equipment will only be delivered to mainland UK addresses.
  • Employees of REP Fitness and their immediate families, or anyone connected with the administration of the giveaway, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • To be eligible, entrants must:
  1. Follow @repfitnessuk on Instagram.
  2. Subscribe to REP Fitness UK email marketing.
  3. Complete all other entry requirements outlined in the official giveaway post.
  • Entries close at 23:59 (GMT) on 31stJanuary 2026.
  • No purchase necessary. Internet access required.

4. Prize Details

  • The winner will receive REP Fitness equipment up to the total value of £10,000 (GBP RRP – no discounts included).
  • The winner may select their equipment from REP Fitness UK’s in-stock product range, limited to one unit per product SKU — with the exception of items designed to be used in pairs or sets (e.g. dumbbells, weight plates, collars).
  • Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
  • Equipment may be delivered across multiple shipments depending on stock availability.
  • All deliveries will be fulfilled by 28th February 2026 at the latest (earlier if stock allows).

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will continue until an entrant who has completed all entry requirements is selected.
  • The winner will be announced on 1st February 2026 via REP Fitness UK’s official social channels and contacted directly via email or Instagram DM.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, REP Fitness reserves the right to re-draw and select an alternative winner.

6. General Conditions

  • REP Fitness UK reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if any chosen equipment is unavailable.
  • REP Fitness UK is not responsible for delays outside its control (e.g. shipping, supply chain, customs).
  • Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with REP Fitness UK’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration of this giveaway.
  • By entering, participants agree to REP Fitness UK using their name, social handle, and/or photos of the delivered gym equipment for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner agrees to reasonably participate in user-generated content (UGC) for REP Fitness UK (e.g. photos or short videos of the equipment in use).
  • The awarded equipment must not be sold, transferred, or gifted to another person for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • REP Fitness UK reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or any other third party.
